Simple Campsite Pricing

£25 per night for 1 unit (caravan, tent, motorhome, tipi, igloo etc) with up to 2 adults.
£28 per night for 1 unit (caravan, tent. motorhome, tipi, igloo etc) with up to 2 adults WITH electric hook up
Child = £5 each
Extra Adult = £5 each

Campsite Rules

Please read the following carefully as making a booking with us is on the understanding that these terms and conditions ARE AGREED and accepted by you.

Any behaviour deemed as being disrespectful to other campers OR our holiday cottage guests will result in removal from the campsite; there are no warnings or exceptions; if you can’t comply with our simple rules please do not book to stay at The Cud Life!

(Only nice people who have respect for other people, please!)

By booking at our campsite you are agreeing to the following Terms:

Be respectful to other campers and your surroundings - This used to be our only rule but some people have made us have to explain what this means in further detail. If you are someone that understands this without explanation, we are delighted and look forward to welcoming you!
We agree to respect other campers by ensuring there is no noise after 10.30pm and we will not have visitors.
We understand firepits are not allowed at The Cud Life (including BBQ’s that are burning wood) BBQ’s under 50cm will not be used on the grass or to burn wood but can be used on gravel. the central area or a stone slab for cooking food.
Rubbish will be bagged (please ask if you need a bin bag) and only general waste will be left, not boxes, airbeds etc.
Dogs will be on leads at all times everywhere at The Cud Life and all fouling will be placed in the dog bin at the top of the track not in the general waste bins which are collected for recycling. Dogs on leads are free of charge, dogs off a lead are £500 a night!
The Cud Life is a quiet, friendly site with no groups. We understand if we have booked more than 2 pitches or 4 adults separately but are known to each other we will have to leave the site immediately with no refunds as this was clear on booking.
We understand if we cancel our booking, payment will be refunded (in full with no administration fee) if the pitch is rebooked or if the cancellation is more than 14 days from arrival. As a small business, The Cud Life cannot reimburse or move bookings under any circumstances unless they are rebooked and we recommend insurance for cancelling within 14 days.
Enjoy your stay! The whole reason we have the rules above is for this final rule which is for all of our campers and caravanners!

We will send your confirmation email as soon as we can after receiving your booking form.

If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours please check that we have received your booking by emailing us or telephoning us on 01423 565855.

Campsite Bookings are only assured once you have received our confirmation email and payment has been made using your unique reference number

Please note that we are a busy working site and cannot always reply to messages or emails immediately but we ALWAYS answer ALL enquiries by phone or email as soon as possible.

If you haven't had a response within a reasonable amount of time PLEASE try us again (you wouldn't believe how many people forget to leave their phone number on answerphone messages or how often emails get lost somewhere in webworld!)
